Group Participants for Jira Service Management

Add whole Jira groups as participants on Jira Service Management requests, instead of adding people one at a time.

• Rules per request type. New requests that match a rule get everyone in the chosen groups as participants.
• Agent action. Add any group to a request from the work item’s actions menu.
• Hourly sync. People who join a group are added to matching open requests. Removing people who leave is optional.
